Our Story
Fate brought us together at the end of 2018. In the middle of a plenary hall, I was switching my heels for sneakers when I saw Alexander laughing at me. Since then, we haven't stopped laughing together, even when we feel like crying. Our paths briefly diverged – I stayed in Bulgaria, while Alexander left for the Netherlands.
In 2021, life brought us together again and we seized our chance, even though nearly 2000 km separated us. Airports brought us together and tore us apart. Travel became our way of saying 'I love you', despite the distance and countless commitments.
Through the years, we've built a love that grows stronger with each passing day. We discovered new places together, created countless memories, and supported each other through life's adventures. We learned that home isn't a place – it's being together.
On the edge of madness (on a cliff), Alexander decided he wanted to spend his life with me. And I said yes…
And now, surrounded by the love of our family and friends, we're ready to begin the greatest adventure of all. We can't wait to celebrate this new chapter with all of you on August 22, 2026.
